Terms of Service
Last updated — August 2026
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or purchasing a license for InputAnchor ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. InputAnchor is developed and maintained by an independent developer ("we," "us"). Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record. If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the App.
2. License grant
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use InputAnchor on up to three (3) Mac computers under a single License Key. This is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and no recurring fee for continued use of the version you purchased.
3. Free trial
InputAnchor may be evaluated during a free trial period before purchase. Trial functionality may be limited or time-bound compared to a licensed copy.
4. System requirements
InputAnchor requires macOS 14 or later. Paid license activation additionally requires a Mac with Apple Silicon or a T2 chip, because activation binds your license to your device's Secure Enclave. Macs without this hardware can run the free trial but cannot complete paid activation. Please verify your Mac's compatibility before purchasing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except as permitted by applicable law; (b) redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your License Key outside the devices you own; (c) attempt to circumvent the device limit or license validation mechanisms.
6. Payments
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record and reseller of InputAnchor licenses. Paddle handles billing, tax, and payment method processing; Paddle's own terms apply to the transaction itself, in addition to these Terms.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
8. Termination
We may revoke a License Key that we determine, in good faith, was obtained fraudulently, is being used in violation of these Terms, or was subject to a payment chargeback or reversal.
9. Disclaimer of warranty
InputAnchor is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or compatible with every input method or configuration.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to InputAnchor will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
