1. 14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason — no questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

Email zhuchenxi113@gmail.com with the email address and order/transaction reference used at checkout. We'll confirm and process eligible refunds promptly.

3. How refunds are processed

Because purchases are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider, typically a few business days.

4. Effect of a refund

When a refund is issued, your License Key is deactivated and can no longer be used to activate InputAnchor on any device.
